Enquiry and availability

Once we receive an enquiry from you, availability of your chosen apartment(s) will be checked and we will advise you as soon as potible whether or not the apartment is available.  Where you have submitted a general enquiry,  or an enquiry for multiple properties, we will respond to you with suitable options and availability as soon as is reasonably possible, and the terms and conditions of booking for each apartment you are offered will be communicated to you in order to facilitate your decision making process.

Confirmation of booking

To book an apartment, we require our standard online booking form to be completed and submitted by you.  We will send this to you once you have told us that you wish to make a booking.  Unless otherwise agreed in writing, bookings cannot be confirmed until payment has been made in full for accommodation booked. We hold the right the deny an entry to our apartment or cancel the booking 

BOOKING POLICY​

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

  • PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.

  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

  • Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

  • Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.

  • No Smoking Policy is there for Trivandrum Service Apartment and we really take pride in keeping all our rooms fresh and clean, and discourage smoking in the rooms. In case guests wish to smoke, the Hotel Reception will be happy to help.

  • Total Tariff is the suggestive price at which rooms are available in the nearby locality /cluster / other online websites and does not necessarily represent the price of this hotel. The discount shown is with reference to suggestive price.

  • When you book you are liable to pay a minimum of 50% of the total booking amount.

BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY

 

  • Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.

  • Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds

Our standard check-in time is 12 noon and you can check-in any time after that till your reservation is valid.
We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled within 10 minutes of creating the same booking. Any amount paid will be refunded

PAYMENT POLICY


For bookings of more than 7 nights, guests have to settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. Hotel will be unable to provide further accommodation prior to settlement of the outstanding amount.


EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT


Early Check-in (subject to availability):
In case you have not opted for Sunrise Check-in, early check-in will be subject to availability. Our standard check-in time is 12 noon. Extra charges will apply as per below policy:

Late Check-out (subject to availability):
Our standard check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges will apply as per the below policy:

Holding apartments

Wherever possible, and subject to the express agreement on a case by case basis, of the apartment operator, we will use our best endeavours to ensure that once you have made us aware of your intention to book an apartment, whether verbally or in writing, the apartment is placed on hold for you, in order to give you reasonable time to confirm in writing, and to make full payment, to confirm your booking. 

As a guide, an operator will typically hold an apartment without payment until the end of the same business day, in order to allow time for the booking to be confirmed.  Where an operator refuses to hold an apartment for this purpose, and the apartment has been booked by another party before we can confirm, Trivandrum Serviced Apartments will endeavour to source alternative accommodation for you with your agreement, or refund in full the funds we have received from you. 

Methods of payment

Payment is only deemed to have been made when we are in receipt of a bankers draft, a bank transfer which has cleared our account, or have successfully received payment by credit or debit card.  Where payment has not been received by us on time, we cannot be held responsible if the apartment is no longer available when funds are finally received.

Rates

The rates displayed on this website are to be used as a guide only and all rates are from rates. Rates vary depending on supplier, season, occupancy rates and other market forces, from time to time.  Precise rates will always be determined and advised on each enquiry received. Generally the rates quotes provided by Trivandrum Serviced Apartments will differ from the rates actually available, however these will be accurate you will be advised prior to booking and payment should this be the case.

Please note that the property images displayed on the website are done so as a guide.  Although photographs should be representative of the apartments, in some cases, furniture design, colour and type may vary.  Apartment layouts may also vary slightly depending on the apartment position within a particular building, and any specific requirements, or specific questions about provisions in a specific apartment should be made prior to making a booking.
